The Mental Help Handbook will be distributed to UK schools with a reach of 100,000 students and teachers.

As well as a support directory with recommended apps, websites, YouTube videos, products and tips the handbook will be crammed full of real life experiences written by teenagers. In fact the only adult voices will be contributions will limited to a select few including Professor Sir Simon Wessely one of the UK's leading psychiatrists.

The beautifully produced 150 page, full colour handbook will be printed on high quality paper.

All contributors will be carefully vetted to ensure that they offer safe supportive products and services.

The MeeTwo App

Do you want to reach a highly engaged youth audience that is actively looking for ways to improve their wellbeing?

The MeeTwo App helps alleviate teenage anxiety by making it easier to talk about difficult things.

MeeTwo has excellent levels of user engagement. Our users are actively pursuing better mental health and wellbeing. They support each other with ideas and recommendations as well as discussing the benefits of other support services.

Since launching in September 2017 MeeTwo now has over 2500 users and is now growing at a rate of 70% per month with monthly active use of 52%.

40% of our users are boys which compares to 17% for the UK’s leading youth helpline.

MeeTwo is supported by leading UK schools and charities for education and health such as Teach First, Young Minds and The Royal Society of Medicine.
